Fiona continues to do well! A pretty quiet day for Blog and Bookface, Fiona mostly relaxed and took cat-naps all day. Zachary continues to get spoiled by his grandparents; it is getting harder and harder to tell where Maria's arm stops and Zachary's body begins...they seem to be growing together.
She did move from ICU to a general ward on the 12th floor with a nice view of Baltimore harbor! Dr Q continues to give her high marks for her recovery and how the operation went. We may end up going home at the end of the weekend, but no rush....slow and steady wins the race.
Throughout all of this, people (i.e me) keep telling Fiona what a great job she is doing. Her typical reply " It not me, I am not doing anything. In all of this I want me to be small and God big"
Happy thoughts and prayers, give your friends and loved ones a hug....

Hi Zev,
Great news! :-) Thank you so much for the update. We are just amazed at Fi's progress, but then again, she is an amazing person. Her continued positive energy and unwavering faith is truly an inspiration to us. You have been her rock through all of this too, so praise to you for your remarkable strength and support. You are an amazing man! We look forward to seeing you all return home. Things look good on the homefront.
We are so happy to hear Fiona is doing so well. Keeping you all in our prayers everyday. Out of ICU...more time with Zachary and family. :-)
Love,
Bruce and Mina
Delighted to hear that you are doing so well with the help of the Lord. Still thinking of you and your family and praying for you daily.
Thanks for the uptade. We love to hear good news from you and we still pray for Fiona.GET WELL SOON FIONAAAAAA,WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!
Fiona you make me cry. A good and a bad cry. Good because when I see you I see Jesus. Your walk with Him is immediately and continually evident. And a bad cry because I know that when people see me they don't always see Jesus. You will always be my example. Thank you. Now get up and go home and take care of the Z's!
FiFi and Zev, I'm doing the happy dance right now for both of you and Baby Zac too!!! Slow and steady wins the race or should we say finishes the race (right FiFi, we know). Please take it easy and give your body time to catch up with your busy mind. You too Zev have a mojito;>) Can't wait to see you in Miami!!!
