Bike ride through the beautiful south coast

Uncle Phil took Zev and I on a lovely bike ride down through the beautiful south coast today. We had such great weather and rode by some gorgeous scenic areas. We rode along the Princes Highway, on the way to Wollongong, and past Kiama beach, where my family used to go camping when I was a kid. Brought back so many good memories and it reminded me how beautiful Australia is, especially the bush land. Zev and uncle Phil took turns on each other's bikes while I filmed them and took pictures. We had lunch in Gerrigong at a lovely cafe overlooking the beaches and then headed back trough historic Berry. It was a lovely day!

Baptism and catch up with school friends!

Today we went to the Baptism of the babies of my cousin Cliff and Jessie. The service was in Spanish and the babies got baptised by the same Spanish priest that baptised my brother and I; Padre Jose Maria! He looks great! It was also lovely for Zachary to get cuddles from abuelo Mario and Ceci.

We then came home for afternoon tea and a catch up with my friend from ADFA (Australian Defence Force Academy), Cisco, who now works for Air New Zealand! Uncle Phil and he arranged to a surprise visit, so Cisco flew in from Auckland this morning and flies out again tonight! Thanks for visiting us, Cisco!

Tonight some old school friends from my high school, Cerdon College came and had dinner with us and visited. It was so lovely to catch up with them; it's been over 16 years since I saw Denise and over 9 years since I've seen Roger and Florafe!! I really appreciated the effort to come and visit us and spend time catching up.

We are so enjoying our time in Oz. it's going to be hard to say goodbye!

Love is in the air :-)

Yesterday was a very special Valentine's Day. Not only did mum and Howard get married in a beautiful ceremony, but Zev and I got to renew our vows, with Zachary by our side! It was such a happy, warm and loving day: love certainly was in the air!! We danced the night away and Zev even surprised me with some of his dancing skills!! Here are some pictures from the special day, including pictures from mum's Hen's night (Bachelorette party) which we celebrated in the Rocks and Howard's Buck's night (Bachelor party) which the boys celebrated at a German restaurant. We love our Sydney family!
